Where can I download the latest firmware?

Filter the library by Firmware, then choose your product. Each file lists its version so you can compare it with what is running on your unit.

What should I include in a support request?

Your product name, serial number, current firmware version and a short description of the issue and when it started. Photos, logs or screenshots help our engineers respond faster.

I am live and something has stopped working. What should I do?

I cannot find the document I need.
